In the headnote to the July 2009 documentation of PH, the following was stated about the time its taken to archive each month’s initiatives*:

This series of Fiefdom treatise supplementals has always taken a most significant amount of time and expense to produce. Coalition partners began to embed their diplomacy in photographs regularly in early October 2006 and every day since – every single day without fail – two celebrity websites [http://www.celebrity-gossip.net and [http://forums.superiorpics.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php] delivered this ingenious content to the East-West Corridor of Diplomacy.

On average it’s taken 40 minutes a day to peruse both websites. That’s 20 hours a month. Roughly 900 - 1,000 hours were spent accessing them in the last 3 years, 10 months. Organizing them chronologically, creating all dimensions of the layout and uploading photos onto the coalition website take from 10 - 12 hours a month.**

Add to those statistics the several thousand hours coalition partners committed to conceptualizing and producing these remarkable photos. Some involve relatively simple wardrobe choices, arranging paparazzi and delivery to the two websites. Others are more complicated employing the world’s top fashion designers and professional photoshoots. The costs cumulatively run into the millions of dollars.

The foregoing is indicative of how trepidatious the world’s most high profile and successful are about the Chinada threat.

The monthly average of PD initiatives is between 220 and 250. That’s roughly six to eight contributions in this category of diplomacy every day of the month; month-after-month, year-after-year.

In August 2010 archiving of PD terminated on the 19th, and by then there were 120 contributions, or six per day. Again as with June and July and for the purposes of ICC edification, only a select few - ones generated by Geo Award recipients, are Geo Award nominated and contain the most lexiconic or geo-creative content - are being posted.
